There are many opportunities to take part in Drama activities. It is an important aspect of English, through role play and hot-seating, which inspire and motivate children to write with a greater freedom of expression. We also use drama in other curriculum areas such as History, RE and PSHCE.

Every child performs in an annual production to parents and the wider community. The older children are also take responsibility for backstage supporting roles.

Children have the opportunity to participate in, ‘Our Schools Got Talent’ competition, where they prepare, audition and perform a wide variety of acts, which include dance, dramatic performances and sketches, music recitals and singing a range of genres. This event, which provides a platform for children to exhibit their diverse talents, is always eagerly anticipated.
